Noche Opening at Town Brookhaven!

After great success with their 2nd location in Vinings Jubilee, Here to Serve Restaurants is about to roll out the carpet for Noche at Town Brookhaven!

Known for his fun-meets-fine-dining concepts, Tom Catherall has journeyed from the Royal Turks Head Hotel in England to the executive chef at Cherokee Town & Country Club to one of the leading restaurateurs in Atlanta.  Rather than sinking thousands on traditional marketing methods, Catherall focuses on exceptional service and cuisine to create brand loyalty.  The customer who purchases a $5 tapas at Noche is the same patron you'll see carving into a $15-$20 steak at Prime or Strip.

Some of Noche's menu highlights will include the pristine lobster taco, shrimp ceviche, southwestern chili spice seared scallops, and carne asada with mole rojo.  In addition to Verde and a rumored Pure Taqueria landing soon, Noche will be the 3rd taqueria in the Brookhaven trade area.

Pinkberry backfills Marble Slab in Buckhead

FroYo is taking Atlanta by storm as Pinkberry begins the build-out of their 3rd Georgia location in the former Marble Slab Creamery space at Peachtree Road and Wieuca Road.

Offering a different model than Menchie's, Yogli Mogli, and other leading FroYo concepts, Pinkberry provides an ordering experience for customers rather than a self-service process.  Their menu includes Original, Pomegranate, Chocolate, Mango, Coconut, Green Tea, and Specialty frozen yogurts, daily cut fresh fruit and seasonal fresh fruit toppings, as well as creative and premium dry and liquid toppings. Pinkberry also now serves a Fresh Fruit Parfait in addition to their Original and Green Tea smoothies.

Located directly across from Phipps Plaza, Dick's, Target, and Publix, the Buckhead Triangle Pinkberry will be positioned within walking distance to over 3 million square feet of office components and 1,500+ apartments and condos.  Existing Pinkberry locations include Akers Mill Square in Vinings and Merchant's Walk in the East Cobb Trade Area.

Extreme Pita coming to Atlanta!

Extreme Pita will soon be opening at Mansell Crossing Shopping Center on North Point Parkway in Alpharetta!

Founded in 1997 by Alex and Mark Rechichi, Extreme Pita has transformed the ordinary pita from a Mediterranean staple into a customizable health-conscious menu.  All pitas are grilled right in front of the customer with water (not oil)...all cheeses, meats, vegetables, and sauces are fresh, not processed. Maple Dijon Chicken, Philly Cheese Steak, Rustic Italian, Bourbon Chipotle Chicken, Fiesta Mexicana...this is just the framework from which customers can build their own pita creations.  By offering a low-calorie alternative to traditional fast-food restaurants and sub shops, Extreme Pita is getting customers to the Greek...and keeping them healthy!

Anchored by Toys R Us, DSW, Office Max, Sports Authority, TJ Maxx, Michael's, and Macy's Home Store, Mansell Crossing is positioned adjacent to North Point Mall and across from the AMC Theatres.  Morris Srochi with Centro Properties Group represented the Landlord in the transaction, Jimmy Davis with Sullivan Wickley represented Extreme Pita.
